Submissions

The following are the kinds of submissions we accept for publication to the magazine:

• impressions of concerts or workshops attended
• reviews of CDs of music including recorders
• reviews of books on recorders, recorder playing, recorder players, etc.
• upcoming workshops outside of Vancouver (not already listed on our website)
• online resources (not already listed on our website)
• tips and tricks
• links to relevant articles

Formats:
For text submissions we accept documents in plain text, in MS Word, as a PDF document, or the body of an email message

For photos we accept PNG, JPG, and GIF formats. Please limit the file size to no more than 1MB

Submission length: no limit

Deadlines & ​Publication Dates

The BCRS Magazine is published four times per year. Any member may submit an item for publication.

• March 1 for the March 15 issue
  
• June 1 for the June 15 issue
  
• September 1 for the September 15 issue
